Two standards — European EN 1063 (B-levels) and German VPAM (VR-levels) — are measured differently and are approximately comparable. Below is which use case each level suits.

B6 is the standard civilian protection level — the benchmark for urban VIP use. B7 is an enhanced class. B7 is heavier and more conspicuous; most clients need B6 or B6+.
These are levels of the German VPAM standard used by INKAS and Trasco. VR7 ≈ B6, VR9 ≈ B6+, VR10 ≈ B7 (top civilian class). B and VR are measured differently and are approximately comparable.
Factory armor (Mercedes-Benz GUARD, BMW Protection, Audi Security) is engineered with the car, crash-tested and keeps the warranty. Independent builds (INKAS, Trasco Bremen) offer more models and protection levels. Both are certified — we match the right one to your needs.

Civilian armoring is legal in most jurisdictions, though import and registration rules vary by country. We assist with lawful import and registration; exports are handled within applicable law.
No. Suspension, brakes and run-flat tires are upgraded for the armor weight, so handling and comfort are retained. The armoring is invisible from the outside — the car looks factory-standard.
